Our Auburn facility, located at 3 St Anthony Street has room for 300 residents in both Long Term and Short Term care and has a floor solely dedicated to dementia care. Our state of the art rehabilitation gym delivers personalized care to our residents, offering physical, occupational and speech therapy.  The Commons on St. Anthony also has a 60-bed short term rehabilitation program that makes use of progressive technology to treat more complex conditions. Facility RN Supervisor – Long Term Care or Short Term Acute/Rehab

Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Available

Direct the day to day functions of the nursing activities in the facility in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility. Responsible for making rounds on all to assist nursing staff in resolving issues/concerns.  Ensure there is a sufficient number of staff members and that the needs of the residents are adequately met. Communicate with staff, physicians, and patients point of contact when there are changes of the patient’s condition or if immediate medical care is necessary. Review and evaluate your shifts work force. Monitor your shift’s personnel to assure that they are following established safety regulations. 


Unit Nurse Manager, RN - Long Term Care or Short Term Acute/Rehab

Full Time Days - Monday through Friday

Oversee nursing operations and supervisory duties for entire unit.  Provide direction to Clinical Coordinator/RN and Assistant Nurse Manager/LPN, to ensure quality care is being provided on all 3 shifts.  Ensures complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of Nursing.
