• Conduct structured interviews with employees to gather feedback on workplace experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
• Assist in analyzing interview data and identifying trends or themes related to employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our team to develop action plans based on interview findings, aimed at enhancing employee engagement and addressing any identified issues.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Social Work or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

• Pay Range $0.01 - $0.01 / hour
