The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a trusted advisor and thought partner to individual business units or departments. The HRBP champions Loretto’s culture and provides advice to effectively execute Human Resources processes with a goal of achieving measurable service plan deliverables. The HRBP manages the relationship with individual business units within the organization. This individual is the primary contact point for all Labor and Employee Relations questions, concerns and communications. The Human Resources Business Partner interprets and ensures compliance with applicable employment laws, regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements.
This position is fully on-site at the Commons on St. Anthony in Auburn, NY.
