The Human Resources Business Partner is an onsite partner with individual business units or departments to provide advice and effectively execute Human Resources processes with a goal of achieving measurable service plan deliverables.  The HR Business Partner manages the relationship with individual business units within the organization. This individual is the primary contact point for all Labor and Employee Relations questions, concerns and communications. Some shifts are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and some shifts are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, working every third weekend. This is a flexible schedule and the hiring manager can work with the nurse depending on their need for hours.

The After Hours RN is responsible for providing the highest quality of care in their home care and ensuring safety at all times according to accepted nursing practice standards. The RN acts as a primary support to the Home Care Manager.   The practice of the profession of nursing as a Registered Professional Nurse is defined as diagnosing and treating human responses to actual or potential health problems though such services as case finding, health teaching, health counseling and provision of care supportive to or restorative of life and well-being, and executing medical regimens prescribed by a licensed or otherwise legally authorized Physician or Dentist. A nursing regimen shall be consistent with and shall not vary any existing medical regimen.   No Staffing call, strictly Triage calls.    5pm to 8pm on weekdays, weekends - 8am to 5pm, holidays - 10am to 4pm. Requirements are: one weeknight shift, two weekend shifts.
